Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig announce engagement following exes' wedding

Résumé

Actor Andrew Shue and entrepreneur Marilee Fiebig became engaged after dating for three years, shortly after their former partners Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes married.

Actor Andrew Shue confirmed to People that he and Marilee Fiebig became engaged in the spring after a three-year relationship. Shue, 59, said he had to accept his previous marriage’s failure and described meeting Fiebig, 48, as “an extraordinary gift.”

“I don’t know how it happened, but there’s a happy ending,” Shue said.

He added that the couple’s connection grew from mutual support during a time when both needed a friend, noting that love shifted from a need to giving.

The engagement comes after Robach and Holmes, who were each married to Shue and Fiebig respectively, held a private wedding in Arkansas on Sept. 19. Their marriage was announced on their joint podcast in October 2025. Page Six previously reported that Shue and Fiebig began dating in 2023 after their ex-partners’ relationship became public.

A source said the new couple shares common values that extend beyond the earlier affair. Holmes previously clarified on his podcast that the couple’s relationship was not an affair involving infidelity.
