Summary

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to condemn Fox News for favoring Democrats and encouraged supporters to watch alternative media ahead of the midterm elections.

President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday, saying that Fox News spends more airtime on Democratic figures than on Republican viewpoints. He urged his supporters to tune into Right Side Broadcast News (RSBN), a far-right outlet, for coverage of his upcoming Kansas rally. Trump also said Fox News had failed to give proper attention to his recent rally tour and argued the network was overpromoting Democratic candidates, including a Senate hopeful from Michigan.

The president’s comments pointed back to earlier disagreements with the network, including criticism of Fox’s reporting on the Iran conflict and the firing of former Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo. Trump said that if the network continues its perceived bias, viewers may leave Fox News.

Fox News, the White House and RSBN were contacted for comment.
