Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud led the Texans to a 24-14 victory over Jacksonville at Wembley, throwing for three touchdowns and 211 yards.

Houston secured a 24-14 win over Jacksonville in the NFL’s week-six matchup at Wembley Stadium. Quarterback C.J. Stroud completed 15 of 20 passes for 211 yards and three touchdowns, including a 42-yard strike to Jaylin Noel and a short pass to Foster Moreau for an early score. Marvin Harrison Jr., making his Texans debut, contributed a 15-yard reception in the third quarter.

The Jaguars responded with a touchdown pass from Trevor Lawrence to Bhayshul Tuten, but Houston regained the lead before halftime when Stroud connected with Moreau for a one-yard touchdown. After the break, the Texans extended their advantage with a 27-yard pass to Jaylin Noel and a short run by Jawhar Jordan that set up another scoring drive.

Jacksonville’s defense forced several punts, yet a holding penalty on a punt return gave Houston favorable field position, which Stroud capitalized on with a touchdown to Noel. The Jaguars were unable to convert in the red zone, finishing the game without a second-half score.

Both teams dealt with injuries; Houston’s linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair left with a concussion, while Jacksonville’s safety Reed Blankenship was also sidelined. The win improves Houston’s standing in the AFC South, while Jacksonville remains in contention for a playoff spot despite the loss.
