Documentary Reveals Who Manages Elizabeth Holmes' Social Media

The documentary "You Can See Everything," co-directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, examines the management of former Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes' social-media presence. According to the film, Holmes' X account has been run by her husband Billy Evans since she began serving a prison sentence in May 2023. The account has posted supportive messages about political commentator Charlie Kirk and President Donald Trump, including a quote-tweet on Sept. 25 that read “we are winning.” It has also shared a criticism of Democratic congressman Greg Casar that quoted former President Ronald Reagan.
Evans told the All-In podcast that he had not yet seen the documentary and described the project as potentially “the dumbest thing I’ve ever done.” The film suggests that many of the recent posts may originate from Evans rather than Holmes herself.
"I haven’t seen the movie yet, but it could be the dumbest thing I’ve ever done," Evans said on the podcast.
The documentary has generated discussion about the influence of Evans on Holmes' public messaging and the broader political tone of her online activity.
