Katie Zacharia, who was appointed by President Donald Trump and later dismissed, told a media interview she would prefer a Scarlett Johansson-type performer to portray her on Saturday Night Live and said she is not watching the show.

Katie Zacharia, who was appointed by President Donald Trump as White House press secretary on Oct. 9 and dismissed a week later, said in an interview that she would like a Scarlett Johansson-type actress to play her on Saturday Night Live. She added that she is not watching the program or other media at the moment.

During the interview on "Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec," Zacharia acknowledged the brief and scripted nature of her first briefing, which lasted 14 minutes and included only three reporter questions. She also admitted she never passed the bar exam and is not licensed to practice law, despite having a law degree from Pepperdine University.

"I know it’s coming, yes. Maybe a Scarlett Johansson-type character," Zacharia said.

"I do not want to see any of the other X or Instagram or TV right now, except what [Trump] is doing," she added.

Campaign for Accountability, a watchdog group, filed a complaint with the State Bar of California, alleging that Zacharia repeatedly represented herself as a lawyer without a license. The group’s executive director, Michelle Kuppersmith, said the conduct could constitute a crime under California law.
