The Honolulu Medical Examiner has determined that Jenny Lupton, a 50-year-old Southwest Airlines flight attendant from Cleveland, Oklahoma, died by suicide after falling from the 24th floor of the Hilton Hawaiian Village where she was staying following a work flight. Lupton sustained multiple injuries from the fall.
Her family had previously called for an investigation, expressing concerns about the circumstances surrounding her death. > "We have no reason to think that Jenny would have intentionally harmed herself," said her nephew Sam Lupton.
