Résumé

Jackson Chourio hit a first-pitch leadoff homer off Blake Snell, and the Milwaukee Brewers added two more homers to defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2, taking a 3-0 lead in the National League Championship Series.

Milwaukee opened Game 3 of the National League Championship Series with a leadoff home run when Jackson Chourio connected on the first pitch from two-time Cy Young winner Blake Snell, giving the Brewers an early 1-0 advantage. Snell later allowed two additional homers, a two-run shot by Jake Bauers and a solo blast by Garrett Mitchell, extending Milwaukee's lead to 4-2. The Brewers held on to win 6-2, putting them ahead 3-0 in the best-of-seven series. The Dodgers rallied in the sixth inning to take a 2-1 lead, but could not recover. A 3-0 series deficit has only been overcome once in MLB postseason history, by the 2004 Boston Red Sox.
