Guillermo Rodriguez and professional dancer Witney Carson were the first couple to be eliminated on Dancing With the Stars' inaugural "Super Bowl Night" episode. Their salsa to Bad Bunny's "Tití Me Preguntó" earned a combined 22 out of 40 points from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, Bruno Tonioli and guest judge Joe Buck, placing them at the bottom of the leaderboard.

"I had a lot of fun. It was great," Rodriguez said after the elimination. "Witney, I love you for teaching me how to dance."

Carson thanked Rodriguez for "making this season just so fun, so enjoyable" and praised his support throughout the season, including during her pregnancy.

Other couples performed a range of styles tied to the Super Bowl theme, with scores ranging from 25 to 36 points. Notable performances included Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas' tango, which received a 33/40, and Jenna Dewan with Val Chmerkovskiy’s paso doble, which earned a 36/40.

The episode also featured a cameo by actor Justin Baldoni and his family and served as a preview for the upcoming Super Bowl LXI broadcast in February 2027. New episodes of the show continue to air on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, with next-day streaming on Hulu.
