A chef from the Nobu Malibu restaurant was killed early Saturday morning after his car, parked on the shoulder of Pacific Coast Highway near the restaurant, was hit from behind by a Range Rover driven by a 16-year-old. The victim, identified as 51-year-old Ryo Uchimiya, was pronounced dead at the scene.
