Caitlin Clark says she vomited at halftime after leading Fever to win over Aces

Résumé

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark said she vomited at halftime of Game 2, which the team won 99-89, becoming the first WNBA player with at least 25 points and 15 assists in a game.

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark told Prime Video she vomited at halftime of the team's Game 2 victory over the Las Vegas Aces. Clark said she felt extremely fatigued and had consumed too much water, leading to the episode, and apologized to anyone near the trash can.

Clark posted 27 points, 15 assists and seven rebounds as Indiana secured a 99-89 win and forced a decisive Game 3. The performance made her the first player in WNBA history to record at least 25 points and 15 assists in a single game.

She noted the team's increased toughness compared with the series opener, saying, "I thought we were just soft in Game 1 and tonight we just played a lot tougher. Just really proud of this group."

The game also featured a technical foul on Aces forward A’ja Wilson after an interaction with a Fever fan. Game 3 is scheduled for Thursday at 9 p.m. ET in Las Vegas.
