Kroy Biermann Jr. Released From Jail, Returns to Mother’s Custody
Kroy Biermann Jr., 15, was released from detention on a $200,000 bond and is now residing with his mother while his sexual battery case proceeds.
Kroy Biermann Jr., the son of reality-TV personality Kim Zolciak, was released from jail within the past several days after a court set his bond at $200,000. He is now living with his mother, who has assumed full-time care.
Prosecutors in the case have filed emergency documents seeking a judge’s order for forensic interviews with minor children, a step that could produce evidence for the ongoing investigation. The charges stem from an alleged sexual assault involving a schoolmate at a local gym when Biermann was 15.
During a recent hearing, prosecutors also disclosed that Biermann was already on probation for a previously undisclosed matter and that videos found on his phone allegedly show sexual activity with an underage relative.
