Rumor suggests iPhone 20 Pro models will feature larger displays and all-glass, borderless design
A leak attributed to Digital Chat Station claims the upcoming iPhone 20 Pro and Pro Max will have 6.41-inch and 6.96-inch screens and a glass, quad-curved body with a smaller Dynamic Island.
A new leak posted on the Chinese platform Weibo, credited to the source Digital Chat Station, indicates that Apple’s 20th-anniversary iPhone models slated for next year will sport larger displays than the current lineup. The iPhone 20 Pro is said to have a 6.41-inch screen, while the iPhone 20 Pro Max could feature a 6.96-inch panel. By comparison, the existing iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max have 6.27-inch and 6.86-inch displays, respectively.
The same report adds that Apple is testing a “borderless quad-curved design” with a hole-punch cutout and a reduced Dynamic Island, and that the devices will be constructed primarily from glass. Earlier reporting from Bloomberg cited Mark Gurman, who described a glass front and back that curve into the sides, separated by a metal band.
If accurate, the dimensions would make the iPhone 20 Pro and Pro Max the largest iPhone screens to date, aside from the 7.6-inch inner display of the rumored iPhone Duo.
