FactsLane 1.8 arrives on Android

Version 1.8 reached iOS at the end of August. Now Android is getting it too.

What is included

• The personal podcast. Choose your interests and ask for an episode, built on request from what happened in those areas and told by two hosts.
• The Audio hub. Digests, weekly shows and your personal episodes in one place, with a queue and playback speed.
• Offline listening. With FL Plus, download episodes and listen without a connection. Shows you choose can download automatically, using unmetered connections so your mobile data is left alone.
• Credits in the app. Buy more credits for personal episodes without leaving the app.
• A new onboarding and What's new. The first-run screens start from what you want to follow, and after an update the app tells you what changed.

What to expect

Google Play rolls updates out in stages, so the update may reach your phone a little after it was published. If you do not see it yet, check again in a few days.

How to try it

Open Google Play, find FactsLane and update. Then open the Audio tab and ask for your first personal episode.

If you use Android Auto, your audio is there too.
