BSE and NSE scheduled for one-hour Diwali Muhurat session on November 8
The Economic Times reported that the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange are scheduled to open a one-hour Muhurat trading session November 8, from pm to pm in Mumbai, marking the start of the Hindu financial year Samvat 2083. Earlier reports from The Economic Times and Moneycontrol.com said the exchanges would hold a one-hour Muhurat session November 8, to observe Diwali and the beginning of Samvat 2083, even though the day is a regular market holiday.
