Melissa Rycroft Faces Second DWI Charge

Melissa Rycroft has been charged with driving while intoxicated for the second time, following her earlier plea in August for a similar offense. The former 'Bachelor' star faces multiple charges, including driving with an invalid license and causing a collision that resulted in damage to another vehicle.

According to Tarrant County jail records, Rycroft was arrested and booked on Sunday. In her previous DWI case, she received 20 months of probation, was fined approximately $2,000, and was required to complete 36 hours of community service, a DWI education course, and a substance abuse evaluation. As part of her plea deal, she was prohibited from consuming alcohol or using drugs during her probation period.
