HDB announces 4,300 new BTO flats for 2027 after November sales
The Housing Development Board announced it will offer about 4,300 Build-To-Order flats across five projects, slated for February 2027, including a second Mount Pleasant development and shorter-wait units in Bishan. The move follows the board’s recent large-scale sales exercise. Earlier this year, the board launched nearly 8,000 BTO flats in six towns during a November sales round, with 1,300 units in Sembawang North and waiting periods under three years.
The round attracted 13,363 applicants, and the Toa Payoh Hillside and Tengah Plantation Dew projects recorded the strongest oversubscription. The November offering also built on an earlier plan to release 1,310 flats in Sembawang North as part of a broader sales drive.
