Kim Kardashian dressed as her 13-year-old daughter North West, featuring blue hair, facial piercings and gothic-style clothing.
Paris Hilton presented two separate looks: one emulating Britney Spears' 2001 MTV Video Music Awards outfit, complete with a python accessory, and another portraying Belle from Beauty and the Beast in an elaborate ballgown and dark hair.
