LeBron James Dismisses Trump's Anthem Criticism After 76ers Victory
LeBron James dismissed President Donald Trump's criticism of his pre-anthem warm-up, saying the focus should be on the Philadelphia 76ers' win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to Bleacher Report. Trump had earlier condemned James, posting on Truth Social that the basketball star's routine during the national anthem disrespected the United States, Fox News reported. ESPN noted that Trump made the same remarks after a game in New York.
USA Today later quoted James calling the president's comments a "slow news day. "
