The Dolly Parton estate, represented by She’s Alive LLC, is scheduled to bring a lawsuit against nephew Bryan Seaver in Nashville, with a hearing set for October 9, 2026, according to NBC News. Earlier, ABC News reported that the estate’s filing also names former security chief Danny Nozell, accusing both of intimidation and extortion. WGAL had previously reported that Seaver allegedly placed barbed wire and caution tape around his home to block a process server from delivering legal papers.
