Klitschko Granted Temporary Guardianship of Panettiere’s Estate
Former heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko was granted temporary guardianship of actress Hayden Panettiere’s estate by a Los Angeles judge on October 8, 2026, after he appeared in court with their 11-year-old daughter, who confirmed her identity remotely, according to Page Six. The ruling also gave Klitschko authority to seek law-enforcement assistance to recover jewelry that had been taken from the late actress’s estate.
Klitschko filed a petition in Los Angeles County probate court on September 24, 2026, seeking temporary control of his daughter Kaya’s estate, citing concerns over asset preservation, ABC News reported. In the same filings he alleged that a non-relative had pawned Panettiere’s jewelry after her accidental overdose death, also according to ABC News.
