Ed Sheeran's concerts at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, were cancelled on 24 September after severe weather warnings, after the removal of opening act Macklemore over his political remarks, the Hollywood Reporter said. Earlier, Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell sent a letter to Ticketmaster demanding refunds for more than 200 ticket holders who wanted to cancel their tickets after the lineup changes, according to the Boston Globe. CBS News reported that the two shows scheduled for and were called off because of a nor'easter and that refunds would be processed automatically.
