Jamar Goff arrested on assault and meth charges after protective-order case
Jamar Goff, the foster son of television chef Ree Drummond, was arrested on September 25, 2026 in Birmingham, Alabama, and charged with assaulting a police officer and possessing methamphetamine paraphernalia, according to Page Six. The arrest follows earlier allegations that Goff had violated a protective order filed by a former partner. He had previously been taken into custody in May 2025 after allegedly biting a detention officer’s hand, and in September 2024 he faced similar assault and drug-related charges on the University of Alabama at Birmingham campus and was held at Jefferson County Jail.
