Résumé

President Donald Trump acknowledged on his social platform that the United States has not achieved victory in the war with Iran, contradicting numerous earlier statements asserting success.

President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday that the United States has not yet won the war against Iran, despite having asserted victory dozens of times since the conflict began in late February. Trump also reiterated his earlier forecast that oil and gas prices would fall after the war ends, recalling a comment made on Aug. 6 that gasoline could drop to $1.85 per gallon once hostilities conclude.
