Colorado murder suspect arrested after hit-and-run violates bond
Barry Morphew, a Colorado man awaiting trial on a $3 million bond for his wife's alleged murder, was arrested in Boulder County after a Denver hit-and-run that violated his bond conditions. Earlier, a judge ordered him to remain under strict home confinement with no exceptions following a reported road-rage incident, and prosecutors filed a request to tighten his bail ahead of a September hearing. He was later taken into custody on an outstanding warrant from Alamosa County and booked into the Boulder County jail.
