Family of Southwest flight attendant urges investigation after Honolulu death
The family of Southwest Airlines flight attendant Jenny Lupton said on 29 August that they had received only limited information from Honolulu police and were urging a thorough investigation into her death. Lupton, a 50-year-old employee from Moore, Oklahoma, was found dead on 20 August at the base of a 24-story balcony at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki after falling from the 24th floor. Honolulu police opened an unattended death investigation, and homicide detectives later examined the circumstances surrounding the fall.
