Brian Hickerson completes domestic-violence program after court rejections and drug allegations
TMZ reported that Brian Hickerson completed a court-ordered domestic-violence prevention program and was sentenced to a suspended term with probation on August 24, 2026, in Los Angeles County, California. Earlier, prosecutors alleged that Hickerson was under the influence of a stimulant during a hearing on August 13, 2026.
A Los Angeles judge denied his petition to downgrade the 2021 felony domestic-violence convictions, a decision issued three days before actress Hayden Panettiere was found dead in South Carolina. Court documents also showed that he sent threatening text messages to Panettiere after his February 2020 arrest, despite a protective order.
