Chris Hansen Buys Theater Ads for A24’s “Primetime” Amid NDA Dispute
Former “To Catch a Predator” host Chris Hansen purchased advertising that runs before every theatrical showing of A24’s thriller “Primetime,” while a dispute over a nondisclosure agreement for a private preview persists. Hansen said he was denied a private screening after refusing to sign a broad NDA, a claim a source familiar with the screening process disputed.
Earlier, he told podcasts that he had not seen the film, was not consulted on its production, and would have preferred Denis Leary over Robert Pattinson to portray him. He also criticized the studio for using his name to market the movie.
