UK Prime Minister says he dealt with fake Trump aide correctly
Prime Minister Andy Burnham said the brief exchange with an individual posing as Donald Trump’s chief of staff contained no substantive information and was promptly reported, while opposition lawmakers called for an inquiry into the security lapse. Earlier, CBS News reported that Burnham had exchanged messages with a person claiming to be White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, raising security concerns in both the UK and the US. He later ended the conversation after realizing the contact was an impostor claiming to be Trump’s chief of staff, AP News said.
