House House's Big Walk sells one million copies in six days
Game Informer reported that House House's indie multiplayer puzzle game Big Walk sold more than one million copies within six days, as of the tenth of August. The title launched on the fourth of August for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and PC, according to The Verge. Polygon described the game as a co-op adventure that relies on limited-range voice chat and gesture signals, requiring players to stay close to solve puzzles.
The same outlet noted that critics gave Big Walk a Metacritic score of 93, the highest among 2026 releases. Aftermath highlighted that the game can only be completed by groups of two to twelve players, while Rock Paper Shotgun pointed out the proximity-chat mechanic that forces teammates to navigate separated terrain together.
