Greek authorities delay forensic results in Scottish aid worker case
Greek authorities announced on 9 August that the autopsy and toxicology results for Elisabeth-Jane Ross, the 38-year-old Scottish aid worker whose body was found in a suitcase in Athens, would be delayed by at least another month. The case had earlier drawn attention when police said on 18 July they were fast-tracking forensic analysis to determine the cause of death, and that same day an Afghan boxer was charged with homicide after confessing to the killing. The family later gathered in Athens to remember Ross.
