Nothing has revealed its upcoming Phone (4a) in a new pink color, featuring a redesigned Glyph Bar with individually controllable mini-LEDs, set for official launch on March 5, 2026.

London-based tech company Nothing has unveiled the design of its upcoming Phone (4a), introducing a pink variant that marks the brand's first departure from its traditional monochromatic palette. The device is scheduled for official launch on March 5, 2026.

The Phone (4a) maintains Nothing's signature transparent rear panel, allowing visibility into the device's internal components. A notable design update is the introduction of the Glyph Bar, a vertical strip of six white LEDs positioned to the right of the camera module. Each LED is individually controllable and 40% brighter than those in previous models. Additionally, a red LED at the bottom serves as a recording indicator. The Glyph Bar supports various notification styles, including dolphin and wings effects, and retains the hourglass effect from the Phone (3) series.

Lucy Birley, Nothing's Colour Material Finish Design Lead, explained the choice of pink: "Pink is actually just desaturated red, and when we put the tint inside the transparency, because of how the light interacts with the resin underneath, you get this incredible sense of depth, which makes our products look really lively." The pink variant features a pink frame with silver buttons and a camera plate, with retail packaging following the same color scheme.

To promote the pink variant, Nothing has initiated marketing campaigns in London, including graffiti installations across central locations and themed flyposters. The Nothing Store in Bengaluru has also received a pink-themed window takeover.

The Phone (4a) is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup housed in a pill-shaped module, with the LED flash positioned outside the camera unit. The device will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and is anticipated to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Full specifications and pricing will be announced during the March 5 launch event, which will be streamed globally.
