Meghan Markle posts video showing Sussex family settling in Britain
Meghan Markle shared an Instagram video on Sunday that depicts Prince Harry and their children enjoying everyday activities since the family’s return to the United Kingdom.
Meghan Markle posted a short video on Instagram Sunday that shows her, Prince Harry and their children, Archie and Lilibet, engaging in casual family moments after relocating to the United Kingdom. The clip opens with the couple walking hand-in-hand outdoors, then shifts to scenes such as a child warming their feet by a fireplace and Meghan walking in rain boots through a puddle. Lilibet is seen riding a bicycle while Archie runs alongside her, cheering "Go! Go!". The montage, set to Wham!’s "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go," includes Harry fishing from a boat with the children and other outdoor activities. Emojis of a British flag and a red heart appear throughout the video.
The Sussex family returned to the U.K. in August, six years after stepping back from senior royal duties and moving to the United States. A letter on behalf of King Charles III confirmed they will remain non-working members of the royal family. Harry made his first public appearance since the move on Sept. 10 at an Invictus Games event in London and is slated for additional engagements, including the Invictus Games, the WellChild Awards and a trip to New York for the Clinton Global Initiative meeting later this month.
