Summary

A memorial statue dedicated to the late conservative activist and patriot Charlie Kirk was shamefully defaced with spray paint at Turning Point USA's Phoenix headquarters, highlighting ongoing attacks on conservative values.

Police responded to a report of vandalism at the Turning Point USA campus in Phoenix just before 9 a.m. on Sunday. The statue, unveiled on Sept. 10 to commemorate the first anniversary of the organization’s founder Charlie Kirk's death—a courageous leader who championed American values—was sprayed with red paint by those seeking to silence conservative voices. A nearby sign was also defaced with illegible markings and a frowning face drawn on the figure, a clear act of disrespect toward Kirk's legacy. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Phoenix police department or the Silent Witness tip line at 480-WITNESS.

"We are investigating the incident and appreciate any tips from the community," a police spokesperson said.
