Ariana Grande thanks fans as London show concludes Eternal Sunshine tour
Ariana Grande expressed gratitude to the audience at the O2 Arena during the final concert of her Eternal Sunshine tour, which ends after 41 performances worldwide.
Ariana Grande paused during the closing night of her Eternal Sunshine tour at London’s O2 Arena to thank the audience, describing the series of 41 shows as an “extraordinary experience.”
"I just want to say thank you so much. This has been such an extraordinary experience… thank you from the bottom of my heart," Grande said from the B-stage, visibly emotional.
The tour, which began in June with three shows in Oakland, visited major North American cities before moving to Europe for a ten-date run in London that concluded on Tuesday.
Grande announced that she will take an extended break from performing after the tour ends. A spokesperson earlier cited ongoing public scrutiny as a factor, and Grande later clarified that the hiatus was planned in advance and not a reaction to recent speculation about her health.
She also confirmed her withdrawal from the West End production of Stephen Sondheim’s “Sunday in the Park With George.”
