Dolly Parton estate schedules two-day 'Dollyfest' for 2027
The Dolly Parton estate announced a two-day festival called Dollyfest, to be held in Nashville and London in 2027, as a tribute to the late singer’s legacy.
The estate of late singer Dolly Parton said a two-day festival named Dollyfest will take place in Nashville and London across consecutive weekends in 2027. The event, originally planned for January 2026 with Parton as host and performer, was postponed after the star’s health declined in August 2025. Organizer Danny Nozell, founder and CEO of CTK Enterprises, said the festival will now serve as a celebration of Parton’s legacy rather than a traditional memorial, which she reportedly did not want. A private family service was held on Friday, and no public ceremony is planned. Parton’s great-niece Lainey Parton posted a personal tribute on social media, recalling her grandmother’s encouragement and support.
