Apple raises US price for Apple TV streaming service and Individual Apple One bundle
Apple announced a price increase for its Apple TV streaming service in the United States, which also raises the cost of the Apple One Individual plan, while other Apple One bundles remain unchanged.
Apple said the monthly fee for its Apple TV streaming service in the United States will rise to $14.99, up from $12.99, and the annual subscription will increase to $119 from $99. The change also lifts the Apple One Individual bundle to $21.95 per month, compared with $19.95 previously. The adjustments take effect immediately for new subscribers, while existing customers will receive notice about a month before the new charge applies. Apple TV prices in Brazil, Chile and Mexico are being raised as well, but no other regions are affected. The service, which launched at $4.99 per month in 2019, has been increased four times before this latest hike. Apple One Family and Premier plans were not changed today; those tiers were adjusted in July alongside an Apple Music price increase.
