Caitlin Clark Sets WNBA Record with Five 30-Point, 10-Assist Games
Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark recorded her fifth career 30-point, 10-assist performance, a total that exceeds the combined number of such games by all other players in league history.
Caitlin Clark scored 37 points and dished out 10 assists as the Indiana Fever defeated the Chicago Sky 113-90 on Sunday. The performance marked her fifth career game with at least 30 points and 10 assists, a milestone that surpasses the total number of similar games recorded by every other player in WNBA history combined.
Since the All-Star break, Clark has averaged 24.3 points on 47.5 percent shooting and 9.0 assists per game, keeping the Fever in contention for a playoff berth. Teammate Kelsey Mitchell also continued her scoring streak, posting 20 or more points for the 23rd consecutive game, extending her own franchise record.
The league’s MVP race remains open, with Las Vegas Aces forward A'ja Wilson considered a leading candidate and Minnesota Lynx rookie Olivia Miles positioned near the top of the voting. Both Clark and Mitchell are focused on helping Indiana return to the WNBA semifinals.
