Samsung may introduce camera bar design on Galaxy S27 Ultra
Leaks suggest the upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra could feature a new camera bar layout similar to recent iPhone models, with multiple color options announced for the series.
New leaks indicate Samsung is preparing a redesign for its upcoming Galaxy S27 series, specifically the Galaxy S27 Ultra, which may adopt a horizontal camera bar layout previously associated with the canceled Galaxy S26 Edge. Leakers Ice Universe, Sonny Dickson and Max Jambor confirm the design includes two camera lenses on the left side, a pill-shaped module for a third lens, and a flash, all mounted on a flat plateau that extends across the device’s front, echoing Apple’s recent iPhone design language.
Ice Universe shared images showing both the proposed new design and a version that closely resembles the current Galaxy S26 series, suggesting the change might be limited to the Ultra model. Sonny Dickson added that the design would be offered in “two different sizes,” which could refer to a potential Galaxy S27 Pro variant.
Separately, a Telegram channel called The Cipher Project reported that the Galaxy S27 lineup will be available in black, white, blue, purple and pink colorways across all models. The series is expected to launch early next year.
"The new design will come in two different sizes," said leaker Sonny Dickson.
"The Galaxy S27 series will be offered in black, white, blue, purple and pink," said The Cipher Project on Telegram.
