Natalie Harp, a special assistant and executive assistant to President Trump, has been highlighted following remarks by Senator Jon Ossoff, prompting responses from the White House.
Natalie Harp, a 35-year-old special assistant and executive assistant to President Donald Trump, has come into view after Senator Jon Ossoff referenced her during a campaign rally. Ossoff suggested the president prefers to "build his ballroom and travel with Natalie" instead of focusing on official duties, a comment that drew a rebuttal from the president and the White House.
"You mean Pee-wee Herman? Pee-wee Herman look-alike?" Trump said when asked about the remark.
The White House described Harp as one of the president’s most loyal and hard-working aides. Spokesperson Davis Ingle called Ossoff’s remarks "cringeworthy," while communications director Stephen Cheung labeled the senator the "biggest loser in politics."
According to reporting, Trump often dictates posts for his Truth Social account, which Harp types and publishes. During the 2024 campaign, she was nicknamed the "human printer" for carrying a portable printer to provide the president with printed copies of positive news coverage, a practice the president prefers over reading on screens.
Harp began her White House service as a presidential appointee when Trump took office in January 2025. She previously worked for One America News Network, hosting a program that echoed the president’s claims about the 2020 election. In 2020, she delivered a speech at the Republican National Convention praising the Right to Try Act, citing her own experience as a bone-cancer survivor.
In July, Harp was among a small group of aides who traveled with Trump on a secret flight from Turkey after U.S. intelligence identified a potential Iranian missile threat. The Secret Service used a decoy plane and a catering truck to conceal the president’s movements.
Harp, a California native, holds a bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and an MBA from Liberty University.
