Jelly Roll pauses touring for up to two years to focus on personal recovery

Summary

Country singer Jelly Roll said he will step away from live performances for a year or two following his recent divorce, with his final show scheduled for July 30.

Country artist Jelly Roll announced an indefinite break from touring during his July 28 concert at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City. The 41-year-old, who finalized his divorce from Bunnie Xo earlier this month, said he plans to step away from the road for "a year or two" to focus on healing.

"This has truly been a lifetime experience for me," he told the audience, adding that his next and final show will be in Colorado Springs before the hiatus begins.

The Salt Lake City performance marked the last stop of the co-headlining "BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2" with Post Malone. Jelly Roll’s solo concert at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs on July 30 will be his final scheduled appearance, and his official website lists no upcoming dates.

The touring pause follows the end of a nearly decade-long marriage. Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May, citing irreconcilable differences, and the settlement was finalized in early July. Both parties have denied allegations of infidelity and have indicated plans to co-parent a future child via surrogate.

Since the split, the artist has continued to release new music, including the single "Hands Up," and has publicly shared his ongoing health and weight-loss journey.
