Dorit Kemsley Seeks Child Support, Claims Primary Custody in Divorce Dispute
Reality TV star Dorit Kemsley alleges she is the primary caregiver for her children and that her ex-husband, PK, owes child support while disputing his claims about her spending.
Reality television personality Dorit Kemsley has filed court documents asserting that she provides day-to-day care for their two minor children and that she holds primary custody 95% of the time. In the filing, her attorney Samantha Spector argues that Kemsley’s ex-husband, PK Kemsley, has not paid spousal or child support and that his request to sell the family home should be denied. The filing also contends that PK’s statements about the home facing foreclosure are unfounded because he possesses sufficient funds to cover the mortgage.
PK Kemsley has responded by alleging that Dorit Kemsley has spent more than $1 million on luxury clothing and international travel and has failed to contribute to mortgage payments. He further claims that she frequently leaves the children with nannies or relatives, limiting his access to them.
Both parties are presenting financial and custodial arguments as the divorce proceedings continue.
