Resumen

Senator Lindsey Graham's remains were honored in a Capitol Rotunda ceremony attended by officials, followed by services in Washington National Cathedral and a public procession in South Carolina.

Senator Lindsey Graham's funeral ceremonies took place in Washington, D.C., with a service in the Capitol Rotunda attended by Vice President JD Vance, cabinet members, current and former lawmakers, and Graham’s family. Vance praised Graham as a "true American original" and noted his distinctive style in the Senate.

Later that morning, Graham's remains were moved to Washington National Cathedral for a service that began at 2 p.m., where President Donald J. Trump delivered a tribute.

On July 29, a public procession in South Carolina started at the State House around 10:45 a.m., with the remains carried by the State Guard caisson detachment. A flyover by an F-16 from the 169th Fighter Wing occurred near 11 a.m., and the procession continued to First Baptist Church of Columbia for a service open on a first-come, first-served basis. A private burial followed in Pickens County.
