Boyfriend of Kim Zolciak Seeks Court Order to Restrict Kroy Biermann’s Access to Children

Summary

Kyle Mowitz alleges his estranged wife Jillian Green misrepresented her interactions with Kroy Biermann and has asked a judge to bar the former NFL player from their home and children.

Kyle Mowitz, the boyfriend of former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak, filed a petition asking a judge to prevent Kroy Biermann, Zolciak’s ex-husband, from contacting his children. Mowitz contends that Jillian Green, his estranged wife, testified under oath that she and Biermann were "just friends" and had met only once, but he says evidence shows otherwise. He cites a deposition in which Green stated she had no intention of maintaining a relationship with Biermann, yet Mowitz claims to have seen Biermann’s vehicle parked at the family home while the children were present and to have obtained text messages indicating more frequent communication.

Mowitz also references statements from neighbors who reportedly see Biermann at the residence regularly. He argues that Biermann’s "unpredictable behavior" and alleged history of mental and physical abuse pose a risk to the children, and he seeks a court order to bar the former NFL player from the home. Additionally, Mowitz requests permission to enter the house to inventory valuable wine and a collection of weapons he says he keeps there, and to install a lock on the wine cellar. A temporary order currently gives Jillian Green exclusive use of the former marital home.

"I am concerned for the safety of my children and request that the court prevent Kroy Biermann from being on the premises," Mowitz wrote in the filing.

The filing also notes that TMZ previously published photographs showing Green and Biermann together.
