Tyreek Hill updates rehab progress but gives no return timeline

Summary

Free-agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill said he feels good while continuing rehabilitation after two surgeries on his left leg, but did not specify when he might return to play.

Tyreek Hill posted a video on social media on Wednesday showing his ongoing rehabilitation ten months after undergoing two surgeries on his left leg. The former Dolphins receiver said he feels good but declined to give a specific timeline for a return to the field. > "I ain't going to tell you what my timeline is, but timeline looking real good right now, man," Hill said in the clip, which shows him exercising in a pool, running and jumping on turf and a basketball court. Hill noted that his lower-body strength is still a work in progress, adding that he has no power in his injured left leg and is working to regain it one day at a time. > "So it's about 10 months after doing two surgeries. My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg at all, so I'm trying to regain all the power back in my left leg. But it's one day at a time," he explained. The lack of a signing timetable aligns with comments from his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, who said the priority is to restore Hill’s physical condition before pursuing a new contract. Hill suffered a dislocated knee and multiple ligament tears, including an ACL tear, on Sept. 29, which required hospitalization and surgery the following day. He previously remarked that doctors had warned he might not walk again, but he expressed optimism about his recovery. Hill remains a free agent after being released by the Dolphins in February, and his future participation in the 2026 season remains uncertain.
