Trump shares altered image of Obamas on graffiti-covered Air Force One

President Donald Trump posted a digitally altered image on his Truth Social platform that depicts former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama waving as they board an Air Force One covered in graffiti. The picture adds the former president’s campaign slogan “Yes We Can,” the name “Obama,” the initials “BLM,” and Arabic text that translates to “praise be to God.”

The post follows a previous, similarly edited image that showed the Obamas as primates, which was removed after bipartisan criticism. Trump has previously shared a doctored photo of Obama’s presidential library that made it appear surrounded by trash.

"The Obama Library ten years from now will be a ‘Mecca’ for those who hate America! President DJT," Trump wrote alongside the library image.

The altered Air Force One image was shared on the same day Trump posted other content, including a picture of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni with a caption suggesting she repeatedly asked for a photo with him. Trump is scheduled to travel to Turkey on Monday for a NATO summit.

The White House and representatives for the Obamas did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
