Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley posted an Instagram video on the eve of the couple’s wedding to thank Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for their recent contribution to The Store, a Nashville-based nonprofit that provides groceries to families facing food insecurity. Paisley said the gift was "transformative" and would help feed many families, while Williams-Paisley noted that food insecurity in Nashville is at a ten-year high and the timing of the donation was critical.
Swift and Kelce’s donation, announced on Thursday, totals $26 million and is distributed across 20 charities in the United States, including The Store, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Helping Harvest in Reading, Pennsylvania, and several national organizations such as Feeding America and the ASPCA. The donation follows a previous contribution Swift made to The Store earlier in the year.
The Store, founded in 2020, aims to address hunger in Middle Tennessee by offering grocery assistance that emphasizes dignity, choice, and education. The nonprofit’s recent Facebook post thanked Swift for her support, noting that the gift will help the organization expand its services as it prepares to open a second location.
