Madonna, Destin Conrad and Rico Nasty lead this week’s new music roundup
The latest releases include Madonna’s retro-inspired single, Destin Conrad’s reggae-infused track and a collaborative song by Rico Nasty and Kenneth Blume, alongside new songs from several other artists.
Madonna’s new single "Danceteria" revisits the sound of 1980s dance clubs, while R&B singer Destin Conrad explores reggae rhythms on his track "Nervous." Rico Nasty returns with "Cupcake," a glitter-laden collaboration with Kenneth Blume. The weekly roundup also lists fresh releases from Wolf Alice, Mary in the Junkyard, Sienna Spiro, Dinosaur Jr., Ken Carson featuring Playboi Carti, Low Cut Connie, Bo Staloch, Cara Delevingne, Pi’erre Bourne, Liim, Westside Cowboy, Prettifun, Ela Minus with Nick León, Cannelle, Mount Kimbie, Chess Club and others.
"We wanted to capture the energy of a classic discotheque while giving it a modern twist," Madonna said about the new song.
"Blending reggae vibes with my vocal style felt natural for this track," Destin Conrad explained.
"Working with Kenneth Blume let us create something fun and unapologetically bold," Rico Nasty added.
