Apple devices see early Prime Day discounts on Amazon and other retailers

Summary

Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart are offering reduced prices on a range of Apple products ahead of the official Prime Day start on June 23.

Amazon has begun listing early Prime Day discounts on several Apple products, with additional offers appearing at Best Buy and Walmart. Among the highlighted deals, the AirPods Pro 3 are priced at $180, a $70 reduction, while the new AirPods Max 2 headphones sell for $499 after a $50 discount. The latest 13-inch MacBook Air equipped with an M5 chip is available for $950, $149 below its regular price. Other notable reductions include the AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation at $149, the Apple Pencil Pro for $99, and wired EarPods with a Lightning connector for $15.

Tablet discounts feature the 11-inch iPad Pro M5 at $900 and the 13-inch version at $1,200, each saving $99. The iPad Air M3 and M4 models are offered at $499 and $559 respectively, with savings of $100 and $40. Laptop offers include the 15-inch MacBook Air M5 for $1,150 and the 14-inch MacBook Pro M5 Pro for $2,035, both marked down by $149 and $164.

Accessory promotions comprise a 35-watt dual USB-C charger for $39, a MagSafe charger with a 2-meter cable for $38, and various iPhone cases and MagSafe battery packs priced between $45 and $59. The retailer notes that Apple’s own store rarely runs Prime Day sales, so discounts are typically found through authorized sellers.

CNET’s deal team, which monitors price histories and stock availability, says it will continue tracking offers across major retailers throughout the Prime Day period to help consumers identify genuine savings.
