Samsung Announces Preorder Incentives for Upcoming Galaxy Foldable Phones Ahead of Unpacked Event
Samsung has officially set the date and location for its next Unpacked event, where the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and additional products are expected to debut.
Samsung has scheduled its next Unpacked event for Wednesday, July 9, in Brooklyn, New York. The company selected Brooklyn for its 'bold ideas, creativity, and culture.'
At this event, Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7. Anticipated improvements include lighter and thinner designs, camera upgrades, and displays comparable to the S25 series. Pricing details have not been confirmed.
Additional products, such as wearables and accessories, may also be introduced. This event marks the beginning of the second half of the year for consumer hardware launches following a period focused on software developer conferences.
In the previous year's Unpacked event, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, Watch Ultra, and Galaxy Buds 3 series.
Prior to the upcoming Unpacked event, Samsung is offering a reservation opportunity for interested customers. By placing a reservation to preorder on Samsung's website, customers will receive $50 in Samsung store credit, with the potential to save up to $1,150 through trade-in options. This credit can be applied toward accessories and other products.
