高等法院咨询委员会根据《高等法院（组织与管理）法》设立，负责就司法政策、实践、培训及法官和法院工作人员能力建设提供建议。委员会由首席法官担任主席，三名通过轮换方式提名的首席法官，以及法院书记员组成。首席法官办公室的首席官员为委员会提供秘书处服务。
2024年上任的奥戈拉法官强调加强机构建设和行政效率。此次新任命预计将通过纳入具有地区、刑事及民事法院庭经验的法官，提升委员会的能力。
